For simple sites with up to 50 URLs and one lead form. One active request at a time, a 48-hour response target, routine requests done in 2 to 5 business days, and 1 new page a month from existing designs.

For up to 250 URLs, multiple languages and routed forms. Two active requests, a 24-hour response target, routine requests done in 2 to 4 business days, and 2 new pages plus 2 custom layouts a month.

For up to 1,000 URLs, with a dedicated account manager. Three active requests, a 24-hour response target, routine requests done in 1 to 3 business days, and 6 new pages a month.

Custom capacity quoted in your order, with the highest priority. Five or more active requests, a 12-hour response target, and routine requests done in 1 to 2 business days.
What to know before you choose.
What's included on every plan?
Managed hosting, SSL, security and platform maintenance, backups, uptime monitoring, the visual editor and a blog. Routine updates and blog publishing have no request cap, and they move through your active request limit.
What does the first year cost?
A project price includes Care Essential for the first 12 months from kickoff. If your site needs a higher plan, it's half price for those 12 months. Full-rate billing starts after that.
Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes. A Replatform moves your site onto our system, from $2,000 with up to 10 existing pages. If you're staying on WordPress, WordPress management is $250 a month, with changes at $200 an hour.
Are the response times guaranteed?
They're targets, and they pause on weekends and observed holidays. A formal service-level agreement applies only when it's written into your order.
