Agency partnerships
White label web design and development for agencies.
We work behind agencies today, on web production, technology and design for the clients they serve. White label work runs under a Partner Agreement that spells out what appears under your brand.
Extra capacity across the build.
Web production
New websites and replatforms for your clients, from design through launch and care afterward.
Technology
The development, CMS and integration work behind the sites and products you sell.
Design
UI/UX and product design support when a project needs more senior hands.
The practical questions. Your Partner Agreement or order confirms the details.
Who talks to the client?
We set this for each engagement. Agencies normally coordinate Replatform projects. Basic and higher projects can include direct client management from us when the order says so. When we talk to your client directly, we do so as DW/Co., using DW/Co. email, unless a Partner Agreement says otherwise.
Can we white-label the work?
Yes, under a separately approved Partner Agreement that spells out what can appear under your brand. Our platform and underlying technology remain ours.
How does pricing work?
Approved partners get tiered discounts on eligible new projects, based on the revenue they bring us. Care and other recurring services stay at their standard rates.
Who pays and who approves?
Your order or Partner Agreement names who is responsible for payment, approvals, client communications, support and data access.
How are multiple client sites handled?
Each client website has its own project scope, plan and allowances, so one client's work stays separate from another's.
What about promises we make to clients?
You're responsible for the pricing and commitments you make independently. We commit to what we've agreed in writing, so align on scope and dates with us first.
