Insight

Treasure House is a supported living community in Glendale, Arizona, for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Families, donors and volunteers all arrive with different questions, and printed QR codes and years of old links still point at the site.

Idea

We started with a sitemap audit, then rebuilt the site around the people using it: admissions, community life, events and ways to give. Donation campaigns kept their existing addresses so every printed code keeps working.

Impact

The new site went live in September 2026. All 13 campaign pages kept their URLs, 240 old URLs now redirect to the right place, and all 582 redirect checks passed on the production site at launch.
